AST Tank Installation at Port of Tacoma Auto Import Facility
Mascott Equipment Company worked with TransDevelopment Group on their development of the recently completed Port of Tacoma Auto Import Facility. Mascott provided design and equipment for installation of an Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) used for fueling newly arrived vehicles.
The 1300-gallon fuel tank has three compartments for dispensing regular unleaded, premium unleaded and diesel fuel. We also provided emergency, pressure and updraft vents as well as tank and leak gauges and spill containment equipment. In addition the fueling center has GPI Pro 20 Pump packages with hoses, meters, automatic fuel nozzles and breakaway swivels.
