Arco Anthem Dispensers

Overview
Woodland Arco is under new ownership and boy are they turning this site around. In the past year, Mr. Khushdip Hans and Mr. Paul Singh became the new proud owners of the Arco station at 1038 Lewis River Rd in Woodland Wa. Upon taking over the site, Khush and Paul reached out to me for a proposal on new Wayne Ovations for this and another site they own and Khush also asked for an Anthem proposal as he had done extensive research on them.
When Mascott wrote them the proposal for the Anthem and Ovation for the Woodland site Khush said they would just go with the Ovation2’s as the Anthems were more costly. Mascott reminded him that Arco corporate had just built a brand new retail/truck stop at the other end of town and they put in standard Ovations and this would be an opportunity for him to draw customers from that site and all others in town with a new fueling experience, The Anthem. They agreed and ordered Anthems for the Woodland site and New Ovation2 for their Salem site.
Dover Fueling sent out a couple of Anthem technicians to assist with the startup along with Mascott’s talented service team. We were there for the 2-day startup and everything went smooth and well. On the 2nd day of the startup, we watched customers young and old just pull up to the Anthems with glowing amazement at what they were seeing then continue to get fuel without any problems almost like they have used them for years.
The store Manager Raj, who has been a great customer for over 20 years, decided to host a grand re-opening to promote the new dispensers. He held a 5-day customer appreciation event drawing hundreds of folks into his store and free gifts and food for everyone and also had customers fill out raffle tickets for some prizes that vendors, the owners, and Mascott donated. Mascott got them a 5 burner stainless steel barbecue for a prize and they loved it.
Raj informs me that his volume on fuel as well as his store sales have gone up tremendously since the Anthems were installed. He even has local restaurant and business owners inquiring if they can buy advertising space on his dispensers; of course, they are going to be able to sell that ad space to them.
